Refund policy


Cancelling an order

  • You can only cancel your order up to 4 hours after placing it.
  • After 4 hours, ordered items go straight to print fulfilment and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

If something is wrong with your order or you have questions, please contact us first at hello@eventmaps.shop.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Errors made when personalising a product
  • Personalised products
  • Made-to-order products

For any non made-to-order physical items (if/when we offer them), you may return within 14 days of delivery in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

How to request a return

Email hello@eventmaps.shop with:

 

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We’ll confirm if the return is approved and send instructions (including the return address and an RMA reference).

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate and make it right typically with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping costs

  • If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping or provide a pre-paid label.

  • For change-of-mind returns (applicable only to eligible non-custom items), you’re responsible for return shipping and the item’s safe arrival.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order. For damaged/incorrect items, we’ll replace or refund according to your preference where possible.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
